In the third round of the 2011 NFL Draft, the New Orleans Saints have selected Martez Wilson. Wilson, a linebacker from Illinois, emerged in 2010 as an anchor on the Illini defense, as he recorded 111 tackles -- 46 of them solo. He also chalked up four sacks over the course of the season.
Wilson, age 21, stands 6 feet 4 inches tall and is listed at 250 pounds. His selection was announced by retired Saints great Willie Roaf.
