As the 2011 NFL draft moves into the fourth round, let's examine picks 113-117:
113. Oakland Raiders select CB Chimdi Chekwa of Ohio State. Chekwa can be an adequate NFL corner, and has the speed to run with NFL wideouts, but there are concerns about his ability to wrap up ballcarriers.
114. Jacksonville Jaguars select WR Cecil Shorts of Mount Union. Shorts is a small-school star who was super-productive for Mount Union as both a receiver and a returner. Expect to hear Pierre Garcon's name brought up often as a comparable, despite some physical differences.
115. San Francisco 49ers select RB Kendall Hunter of Oklahoma State. Hunter can be a big play threat in the running game, and was very productive throughout his career in Stillwater.
116. Philadelphia Eagles select LB Casey Matthews of Oregon. Brother of Packers demon Clay could be a playmaker as a rush end, but lacks top-end size.
117. New York Giants select OT James Brewer of Indiana. Brewer is big and athletic (he's a former basketball player) but may need some work on technique at the NFL level.
