2011 NFL Draft Results: Patriots Tab Marcus Cannon In Fifth Round

The 2011 NFL draft continues into the fifth round. Here's a look at picks 138-142:

138. New England Patriots select OG Marcus Cannon. He wa sa three-time All-MWC selection out of TCU. His name was in the rumor mill before the draft as he was diagnosed with a treatable form of lymphoma. He is undergoing chemotherapy now.

139. Minnesota Vikings select CB Brandon Burton. In his career, he has 101 tackles, three interceptions and two blocked kicks. He hails from Utah. 

140. Kansas City Chiefs select DE Gabe Miller. Out of Oregon State, Miller could transition to outside linebacker in the Chiefs 3-4 defense. The Chiefs are acquiring players to help their pass rush opposite Tamba Hali

141. Green Bay Packers select TE D.J. Williams. Out of Arkansas, Williams stands 6'2" and weighs 245 pounds. He's not taking anyone's job in Green Bay but he will add some depth at tight end.

142.Tennessee Titans select DL Karl Klug. He's 6'3" and 275 pounds coming out of Iowa, a program known for producing solid defensive linemen.
