1

Panthers

Da'Quan Bowers (DE) - Clemson

Rivera will implement a 3-4 in Carolina.  Bowers is the top rated pass rusher in the draft - and will help build a stronger DL

2

Broncos

Patrick Peterson (CB) - LSU

Regardless of whether Bailey leaves or not - Peterson is the best player in the draft and instantly improves Denvers defense

3

Bills

Nick Fairley (DT) - Auburn

For the past five years the Bills have ranked in the bottom 1/4 in rush defense.  Fairley's performance in the BCS championship cemented his draft stock

4

Bengals

AJ Green (WR) - Georgia

Carson Palmer and Marvin Lewis are back - TO-Ochocinco are not.  Green is the best player available and gives Palmer a weapon opposite Jordan

5

Cardinals

Robert Quinn (DE) - UNC

Cardinals will find a veteran QB.  The Cardinals need to improve their pass rush - and their rush defense as it ranked 30th in the league.

6

Browns

Julio Jones (WR) - Alabama

The Browns need to find Colt McCoy a big time WR to throw to.

7

49ers

Jake Locker (QB) - Washington

Controversial - yes.  Jake Locker is my top QB in this years draft.  Haurbaugh is the perfect coach to bring out his potential - he has a similar build and athleticism to Andrew Luck.

8

Titans

Marcell Dareus (DT) - Alabama

The Titans defense has not been the same since the departure of Hansworth.  Dareus is a perfect replacement.

9

Cowboys

Prince Amukamara (CB) - Nebraska

Jason Garret can go either defensive back or offensive tackle.  I have him taking an elite CB - OT can come in the second round.

10

Redskins

Blaine Gabbert (QB) - Missouri

Shanahan needs to choose his QB and Gabbert is the guy.  He's a work in progress - but Shanahan can mold him into the type of QB he wants.

11

Texans

Von Miller (OLB) - Texas A&M

Wade Phillips will implement a 3-4 defense in Houston and will take a rush OLB to feature in his new defense.

12

Vikings

Stephen Paea (DT) - Oregon State

Vikings will find a veteran QB in the offseason.  Frazier is a defensive coach - and will eventually need a replacement for Pat Williams.

13

Lions

Akeem Ayers (OLB) - UCLA

Lions have a weakness at OLB and CB.  CB can come later - Ayers is a top notch OLB prospect.

14

Rams

Justin Blackmon (WR) - Oklahoma St.

The Rams need to find Bradford a franchise WR to throw to.

15

Dolphins

Ryan Mallet (QB) - Alabama

Henne is not working out.  Pennington is not the answer and his career could be over.  At this point - Mallet is a good value - and his big arm will help bring the vertical game to Miami

16

Jaguars

Adrian Clayborn (DE) - Iowa

The Jaguars continue to build a young talented defensive line with a stud pass rusher

17

Patriots

Cameron Heyward (DT) - Ohio State

Heyward's bowl performance was admirable - and will be a perfect fit for a tough Patriots defensive line

18

Chargers

Cameron Jordan (DE) - Cal

Chargers have a top ranked defense - which can be further fortifed by adding depth and talent to the DL

19

Giants

Nate Solder (OT) - Colorado

The offensive line has issues.  Solder is a top 10 prospect that falls into their laps.

20

Bucs

Ryan Kerrigan (DE) - Purdue

The Bucs continue to build their young defensive line by adding Kerrigan next to McCoy

21

Chiers

Michael Floyd (WR) - Notre Dame

Bowe's contract is up.  I think he will return to the Chiefs - but the Chiefs need another weapon across from Bowe to take the pressure off.

22

Colts

Derek Sherrod (OT) - Miss St.

The Colts need to do everything in their power to protect Peyton Manning - who has yet to sign a contract extension.

23

Eagles

Mike Pouncey (C/G) - Florida

Eagles have to improve the interior of their offensive line.

24

Saints

Jurrell Casey (DT) - USC

Saints don't have many glaring weaknesses but adding a big stout DT to help their rush defense is most ideal.

25

Seahawks

Brandon Harris (CB) - Miami

Seahawks need improvements in their secondary.

26

Packers

Mark Ingram (RB) - Alabama

Packers land Ingram - the top RB in the draft.

27

Jets

Allen Bailey (DE) - Miami

The Jets need to add more talent and depth to their defensive line - which looks significantly inferior against the Patriots.

28

Ravens

Stefen Wisniewski (G) - Penn State

Ravens need more talent in their interior line.

29

Bears

Anthony Castonzo (OT) - BC

This pick is automatic for like all drafts - but makes too much sense.  Whoever the best OT prospect is at this point will be taken.

30

Steelers

Gabe Carimi (OT) - Wisconsin

Carimi can play RT or be converted to G.  Steelers have a need a G.

31

Falcons

Kyle Rudolph (TE) - Notre Dame

Whether the Falcons select a WR, or a TE - they need to add another weapon to take pressure off Roddy White.  Gonzalez is getting old.

32

Patriots

Tyron Smith (OT) - USC

Matt Light's contract is up.  Protecting Tom Brady is of top concern.
