The only thing keeping Robbie Findley from suiting up for Championship side Nottingham Forest was his work permit. As of today, that's no longer an issue.
Robbie Findley joins Nottingham Forest in England after his work permit is approved. Third #USMNT World Cup vet to move this month.
Findley will join a team that is currently seventh in the Championship, one spot outside of the four-team playoff for the final promotion spot. Nottingham Forest is two points behind sixth-place Watford, but has a game in hand. They are five points behind No. 5 Leeds United, but have three games in hand on them. At +11 goal-difference, Notthingham Forest is better than all but two Championship teams.
Other than Findley, Edson Buddle and Clarence Goodson are the other United States National Team players to make moves. Goodson recently signed a deal with Denmark's Brøndby IF, while Buddle just signed with 2. Bundesliga's FC Ingolstadt 04.
