2011 NFL championship games, the draft and skill positions

By now, everyone probably knows that the four quarterbacks in the playoffs are former first-round picks. That would be Chicago's Jay Cutler, Green Bay's Aaron Rodgers, New York's Mark Sanchez and Pittsburgh's Ben Roethlisberger.

But what about the other skill positions of running back and receiver? Check out a breakdown of each team's regular season stats leaders and where they were picked after the jump.

Chicago Bears
Rushing: Matt Forte - Round 2, pick 44 overall, 2008
Receiving: Johnny Knox - Round 5, pick 140 overall, 2009

Green Bay Packers
Rushing: Brandon Jackson - Round 2, pick 63 overall, 2007
Receiving: Greg Jennings - Round 2, pick 52 overall, 2006

New York Jets
Rushing: LaDainian Tomlinson - Round 1, pick five overall, 2001
Receiving: Dustin Keller - Round 1, pick 30 overall, 2008

Pittsburgh Steelers
Rushing: Rashard Mendenhall - Round 1, pick 23 overall, 2008
Receiving: Mike Wallace - Round 3, pick 84 overall, 2009

It should be noted that every player on this list was drafted by their current team, other than Tomlinson. If anyone finds this interesting, maybe I'll break it down further this week.
