According to reports out of Italy, Italian international Domenico Criscito is on his way from Genoa to league-leading Milan. No details were revealed, but speaking to MilanNews.it, club director Stefano Capozucca, when asked about the rumored move of Criscito to Milano, said "It seems strange (to say) because president (Enrico) Preziosi said today that Crizcito remains at Genoa, but I can not tell you that anymore."

Should the move be confirmed, the 24-year-old Criscito would slot in at left back, replace Luca Antonini, the 28-year-old defender having made 12 starts at the position this season. Gianluca Zambrotta has also featured at left back, as has Daniele Bonera, so is more often used in the middle.

Criscito has spend most of his career at the Luigi Ferraris despite being on Juventus's books from 2006-2009. A Genoa trainee, Criscito moved to Turin as a 20-year-old after making one appearance with the Rossoblu. Between 2006-09, Criscito saw brief stretched with Juve broken-up by loans back to Genoa before being sold back to his original club.

In all, Criscito has made 119 appearances for Genoa, featuring in all 19 league matches this season. Should he move to the San Siro, Criscito would face his former club on February 6 when Milan goes to the Luigi Ferraris.
