Doss was highly thought of entering the season but never really established himself as a top-tier wide receiver.
Doss finished the year with 63 receptions for 706 yards and seven touchdowns. Doss is a threat in the return game, averaging 24.8 yards per kick return. He's also used on gadget run plays.
"Entering the NFL Draft was the best decision for myself, and most importantly, my family," Doss said in a release. "My experience at IU was great and helped lay the foundation for my future. I can assure you that I will work hard and represent Indiana University in a first-class manner."
Doss is likely a third- or fourth-round pick.
Burton flashed playmaking potential throughout his junior season. He has decent enough hands and is physical at the line of scrimmage. Burton was exposed some against Notre Dame, however.
He finished the season with 10 passes defended, eight pass breakups and two interceptions. He projects as a mid-second-round pick.
Defending his reason for entering draft, Burton said "I can cover in the NFL because that's what I do. I will bring physicality. And good character."
Conversely, I can write sentences because that's what I do.
