The Detroit Lions were ahead of the Chicago Bears 7-0 after a 73-yard touchdown bomb from Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford to wide receiver Calvin Johnson. The Bears rallied back to score 10 straight points. Stafford then ended the half with an interception, that was followed by a late hit by Brandon Meriweather that caused a small scuffle.
