The Jacksonville Jaguars and Pittsburgh Steelers square off in Heinz Field. Both teams do not have a ton of turnover since last season and thus are using the preseason to get tuned up for week one. Jacksonville Jaguars rookie quarterback Blaine Gabbert is looking to pick up his first victory in the NFL, but it won't come easy in Heinz Field against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Jaguars are coming off a 30-20 loss at home to the Cincinnati Bengals and are trying to stop a 4-game losing skid. The Jaguars have been able to run the football as Maurice Jones-Drew, who ranks fourth in the NFL in rushing yards with 476, will look to run on a Steelers defense who've given up over 100 yards per game on the ground.
The Steelers on the other hand will look to get their offense back on track after a five touchdown performance by quarterback Ben Roethlisberger. The Steelers will be getting back Rashard Mendenhall from injury, but the Jaguars defense is ranked top 10 overall and has been playing really well despite the Jaguars 1-4 record. On the defensive side of the football however, the Steelers will be missing some key defensive players in Casey Hampton and Aaron Smith on the defensive line, as well as James Harrison and Jason Worilds at linebacker.
