The first four races are in the book for Breeders’ Cup Saturday, and there’s been plenty of big prices to go around. Afleet Again got things started by winning the Marathon at odds of 41/1. European Wrote (IRE) followed by dominating the Juvenile Turf, paying $25.20 for a $2 win bet. Things settled down over the last two races with Amazombie and Regally Ready winning the Sprint and Turf Sprint, respectively.

Marathon: Afleet Again ($85.20)
Juvenile Turf: Wrote (IRE) ($25.20)
Sprint: Amazombie ($17.80)
Turf Sprint: Regally Ready ($6.60)

The big prices helped to key an early $0.50 Pick 5 that returned $71,510.80. Additionally, the Pick 3 for the Marathon - Juvenile Turf - Sprint returned $6,816.60 for a $0.50 play. That is the highest return on a Pick 3 during this year's Breeders' Cup (next highest: $1,960.40 and $1,426.40).
