Spring training’s first Really Important Tweet (via Mark Feinsand):
Sabathia on how he lost 25 lbs: “I stopped eating Cap’n Crunch every day. … I used to eat that stuff by the box.”
I’ll bet Sabathia spent some time on the treadmill, too. But yeah, eating a box of Cap’n Crunch in one sitting ain’t good. It is good to know how much weight Sabathia actually lost, after all those rumors and opinions.
Still, one question lingers … original, or Crunch Berries?
