No. 19 Villanova Vs. No. 8 Notre Dame: Nova's Got To Step It Up On Big Monday

Despite losing four of their last six, the Villanova Wildcats are still ranked in the top 20 of this week's AP Top 25. Plus those two wins were by a total five points, and one came in overtime -- Nova's grace is going to have to run out sooner or later, though a win tonight over the Notre Dame Fighting Irish would ease at least a few concerns heading into tourney season.

Are there concerns about Nova? Voters don't seem to have all that many, but The Nova Blog sure does. SB Nation's Wildcats community says the team is in trouble, blaming effort and consistency.

Notre Dame, on the other hand, is flyin' high, having won all of their games that they haven't lost by 12 or more points. Wait, let me start over. The Irish have had five horrible games this year, but otherwise have won nine of their last 10 and get home court tonight, where they've only fallen once all year.
