Any March Madness game involving Jacob Pullen is going to be a must-watch, but Kansas St. Wildcats-Utah State Aggies offers a lot besides just the K-State star. The WAC champs come in as one of the nation's better shooting and best defensive teams, and the math actually likes the Aggies in this one.
Star Watch: Beyond Pullen, there's sophomore guard Rodney McGruder, who leads a very strong rebounding team with six per game while adding 11.4 points. The Aggies are led by six-foot-seven senior forward Tai Wesley, who averages 14.7 points and eight rebounds. USU distributor Brockeith Pane turns the ball over more than you'd like, but adds double-digit scoring more often than not.
Prediction: Picking Kansas State, mainly because the Southeast region's upper seeds are so boring otherwise. Sometimes you pick with your heart.
More Reading: Bring On The Cats, SB Nation Kansas City, and Big 12 Hoops will meet your K-State needs, while Mid Major Madness merrily covers WAC hoops.
