UFC 128 Results: Jon Jones' Future And Unpacking The Aftermath

I say it after every large scale MMA event: the sport changes over night. New rules are written, new realities are formed and more importantly, new questions arise. It sounds banal and hackneyed to say it, but assumptions or expectations we have going into big events like UFC 128 are often exploded. Last night was no exception.

Over the course of the day, keep checking this space. We'll be updating it with breakdowns of the aftermath from Jon Jones' otherwordly performance in his defeat of Mauricio 'Shogun' Rua. We'll be updating all of the news after the event along with a hefty dose of analysis and multimedia:

- What is the future of Rashad Evans? We know he's going to face Jon Jones, but does he realistically have a shot?

- After knocking out Mirko 'CroCop' Filipovic, how far can Brendan Schaub go?

- Urijah Faber vs. Dominick Cruz 2: is this the first superfight for the lighter weight fighters in the UFC?

- Nate Marquardt has hinted he might try welterweight. Is that a good idea?

- We'll also review the UFC 129 trailer we saw last night during the broadcast.
