Internet Genius: Alex Trebek Calls The 2010 Stanford/Oregon Game

I don't even want to think about how much time this took to piece together, because taking game film of a 2010 football game between Oregon and Stanford and then syncing it with sampled Alex Trebek dialogue would be hard enough without having to make it all make some kind of sense.

And yet, the internet--namely the Solid Verbal's Ty Hildenbrandt and Dan Rubenstein--are here to do what the internet does every day by turning the impossible into Tuesday afternoon. Ladies and gentlemen, Alex Trebek calls the 2010 Stanford/Oregon game.

Star-divide

"Look away until its violent end." The eerie thing is how much better a series of random Trebekisms thrown over football footage sound than many working announcers. If Ty and Dan are game, this really should be an audio channel option on television broadcasts along with my other persistent and ignored request for college football Saturdays, a broadcast of a South American soccer announcer with no knowledge of the game calling it as loudly as he possibly can in Spanish.

Wow

That was awesome. They have won the internets for now.

Ryan Miller was the true MVP. See my profile for rant.

Brilliant!

Having edited videos in the past I do not want to even guess how long that took to put together.
