Shaquille O'Neal Injury Now Has Celtics Center Out 'Indefinitely'

Don't expect to see Shaquille O'Neal in the Boston Celtics' Wednesday game against the Clippers. In fact, his return to the team as he recovers from an Achilles tendon injury has officially been moved to TBD.

When asked about O'Neal's return date, Celtics head coach Doc Rivers acknowledged that he "had no idea."

"Shaq is probably not going to be back Wednesday, it looks like," said coach Doc Rivers. "His foot is bothering him again a little bit."

Celtics Blog says its nothing for Boston fans to panic about just yet. But that time could come.

Right now the C's are ok with who they have at the 5, but they will definitely need Shaq for the playoffs. I don't think anybody wants to rush him back at this point, but it is a bit alarming that he just cant seem to get right, especially with how Ed Lacerte put it.

Keep an eye on Celtics Blog for more updates on Shaq and the C's.
