With offensive tackles dropping, the Kansas City were able to send the 21st pick to the Cleveland Browns. With that pick, the Browns took Baylor defensive tackle Phil Taylor.
It was the right pick for the spot in the draft. Kansas City should have taken Taylor. Instead, the Browns do. The pick is good if the Browns decide to show a lot of 3-4 sets even though they've committed to moving to a 4-3.
It's true the Browns need to address the defensive line. It's odd to see them go with a true nose tackle like Taylor.
To move from 27 to 21, the Browns sent a third-round pick this year to the Chiefs.
