Kind of cool that the driver that starts dead last and wrecks on the first lap ends up leading his one and only lap on the last lap of the Fourth Annual Denny Hamlin Short Track Showdown.  And that driver is also Deny Hamlin himself!

Of course Denny had some help as he was running in second behind Kyle 'Rowdy' Busch when the while flag was hanging in the air when suddenly Busch starts shaking his car from side to side trying to frantically splash some gas towards the fuel pickup in his car.

All winnings will be going to the Denny Hamlin Foundation where their primary focus is on raising awareness and funding for the specific needs of individuals afflicted with Cystic Fibrosis (e.g. research treatment and provide care for individuals with Cystic Fibrosis) and support chronically ill children with other debilitating illnesses.
