The event is headlined by a welterweight title fight between champion Nick Diaz and challenger Paul Daley. The co-main event is a lightweight title fight between champion Gilbert Melendez and challenger Tatsuya Kawajiri. Both of those bouts are scheduled for five five-minute rounds.
