Dillon was sentenced to two years probation and a 12-hour alcohol program and levied a $250 fine, according to an AP report. Dillon admitted in the plea that alcohol was involved in the incident.
The incident occurred all the way back in 2010 near his home in Calabasas. 2010 was a rough year for Dillon. His wife filed for divorce in April. In May, he was arrested on suspicion of assaulting his soon-to-be-ex-wife. Not for hitting her, mind you, but for throwing water and soy sauce in her hair.
No word yet on if Chinese food was in any way involved in his DUI arrest, but since he pleaded out of any jail time, and doesn't even need to do any community service, I'd say his fortune is looking a little brighter these days.
