MLB TV Schedule, 7/6: White Sox/Royals, Yankees/Indians

Getaway day? Already? There are several day games on today's schedule as teams wrap up three-game series. All times Eastern.

1 p.m., Sun Sports, FSN North: Rays at Twins. The Twins have crept to within seven games of the AL Central lead. Francisco Liriano faces Wade Davis this afternoon.

↵↵

2 p.m., WGN, FSN Kansas City: Royals at White Sox. The White Sox are also in the AL Central mix, just 3.5 games behind, but they can't seem to get over the .500 hump.

↵↵

7 p.m., ESPN, YES Network, STO: Yankees at Indians. That Derek Jeter guy is now just four hits short of 3,000 for his career.

↵↵

7 p.m., FSN Houston, ROOT Sports Pittsburgh: Astros at Pirates. The Pirates -- yes, the Pittsburgh Pirates -- stand just 1.5 games out of first place in the NL Central.

↵↵

10 p.m., SNY, Prime Ticket: Mets at Dodgers. The Mets are two games over .500. This puts them 6.5 games out of the wild card lead. Who knew?
