Braves-Rockies: Live-Blogging The David Nied Invitational

Today, the Atlanta Braves will face the Colorado Rockies for the 153rd time in history. Please join us as we live blog this unforgettable event.

Today's game between the Braves and Rockies is the most recent baseball game ever played, and is thereby the most important. Please join us as we live blog the 153rd all-time match-up between one team that is good and another that is sort of average-ish.

You are encouraged to chime in with a comment at any time. I'll try to publish as many as I can without cluttering up the works. (Hint: if your comment is especially profane, etc., it won't be published.)

As the game drags along, we'll surely resort to discussing who is the most Braves player of all time, and who is the most Rockies player of all time. It is a given that you will have fun; my hope is that I will have fun as well.
