The week leading up to MLB's non-waiver trading deadline, which arrived at 4 p.m. ET on Sunday, was a busy one, with a number of big-name players changing teams. At times, the deals happened so quickly that it was hard to keep up with them, and with the deadline happening on a Sunday, you may have missed some of the trades. Never fear; we at Baseball Nation kept track of every one of them. Here's a complete list of every deal that's happened since the All-Star break, in reverse chronological order.
July 31: In a complicated three-team deal, the Mariners trade pitchers Erik Bedard and Josh Fields to the Red Sox. Then, the Red Sox trade catcher Tim Federowicz, pitcher Juan Rodriguez and pitcher Stephen Fife to the Dodgers. Dodgers trade outfielder Trayvon Robinson to the Mariners. To finish it up, the Red Sox send outfielder Chih Hsien Chiang to the Mariners.
July 31: The Padres send outfielder Ryan Ludwick to the Pirates for a player to be named later.
July 31: The Rangers trade pitchers Joe Wieland and Robert Erlin to the Padres for setup man Mike Adams.
July 31: The Diamondbacks trade first baseman Brandon Allen and pitcher Jordan Norberto to the Athletics for righthander Brad Ziegler.
July 31: The Braves swap outfielder Jordan Schafer and pitchers Brett Oberholtzer, Paul Clemens and Juan Abreu to the Astros in exchange for outfielder Michael Bourn.
July 30: The Pirates acquire first baseman Derrek Lee from the Orioles for first baseman Aaron Baker.
July 30: The Giants trade outfielder Thomas Neal to the Indians for shortstop/second baseman Orlando Cabrera.
July 30: The Indians acquire pitcher Ubaldo Jimenez from the Rockies in exchange for pitchers Drew Pomeranz, Alex White, Joe Gardner and first baseman Matt McBride.
July 30: The Rangers swap first baseman Chris Davis and pitcher Tommy Hunter to the Orioles for relief pitcher Koji Uehara.
July 30: The Diamondbacks trade infielder Zach Walters to the Nationals for pitcher Jason Marquis.

July 29: The Giants trade pitcher Zack Wheeler to the Mets for outfielder Carlos Beltran and cash.

July 27: In an eight-player, three team deal, the White Sox trade pitcher Edwin Jackson and infielder/outfielder Mark Teahen to the Blue Jays for pitchers Jason Frasor and Zach Stewart. The Blue Jays then send Jackson and pitchers Marc Rzepczynski and Octavio Dotel and outfielder Corey Patterson to the Cardinals for outfielder Colby Rasmus and pitchers Trever Miller, P.J. Walters and Brian Tallet.
