MLB TV Schedule, 9/5: Tigers/Indians, Phillies/Braves

There aren't many pennant race games this season. What little we have is on display this week. All times Eastern.

1 p.m., MLB Network, YES Network, MASN: Orioles at Yankees. The Yankees do have to keep up appearances, you know. Some MLBN viewers will see Rangers/Rays.

1 p.m., FSN Detroit, STO: Tigers at Indians. This series is Cleveland's last gasp to stay in the AL Central race; they begin the day 6.5 games behind Detroit.

4 p.m., FSN Midwest, FSN Wisconsin: Brewers at Cardinals. Milwaukee hasn't been a good road team this year (just 34-38), but if they can sweep the Cardinals in St. Louis this week, their magic number for clinching the NL Central would drop to seven.

7 p.m., MLB Network, FSN South, CSN Philadelphia: Braves at Phillies. Both teams are likely headed to the postseason, but the Braves still do have an outside shot at catching the Phillies for the NL East title. Some MLBN viewers will see Mets/Marlins.
