MLB TV Schedule, 9/8: Yankees/Orioles, Braves/Mets

Of the 10 games on Thursday's schedule, four of them are makeups from various rainouts. All times Eastern.

1 p.m., YES Network, MASN: Yankees at Orioles. What is it with these two teams? This is a makeup of a game that's been postponed twice. The teams played through rain in New York the last two days. And guess what? There's a 100% chance of rain in Baltimore this afternoon and it's getaway day for both teams. This oughta be fun.

4 p.m., SportSouth, SNY: Braves at Mets. This is a single-admission doubleheader, made necessary by two postponements from Hurricane Irene.

8 p.m., MLB Network, CSN Philadelphia, FSN Wisconsin: Phillies at Brewers. This series is a preview of a possible postseason matchup; the Phillies' magic number for clinching a playoff spot is five. Some MLBN viewers will see Indians/White Sox.

9:40 p.m., FSN Arizona, CH4 San Diego: Padres at Diamondbacks. Arizona's magic number for clinching the NL West is 13.
