This is actually a pretty normal basketball drill, but it also looks cool in GIF form. It's likely you've seen some form of this drill before -- with a coach leading, players practice their defensive slides and then dive onto the floor after the ball. But when the whole team -- in this case, the California Golden Bears -- is doing it, and they're doing it before an NCAA Tournament game, there's something pretty neat about it all.
