NCAA Tournament 2012 Schedule: West Region Game Times And TV Information

The West region of the NCAA Tournament kicks off March Madness on Thursday with games in Portland and Louisville. Here's the schedule and TV coverage.

The first game of the real March Madness gets under way Thursday, and it just happens to take place in the West region of the NCAA Tournament bracket. With the First Four in the mirror, the craziness that is March Madness ramps up on Thursday, with 16 games to satiate any and every college basketball fan. There's a lot to digest, and we're here to help with game times and TV information for each region.

Here's the schedule for the West region, which features games in both the Louisville and Portland pods.

12:15 p.m. ET: No. 11 Colorado State vs. No. 6 Murray State in Louisville (CBS)

1:40 p.m. ET: No. 4 Louisville vs. No. 13 Davidson in Portland (TBS)

2:45 p.m. ET (tentative): No. 14 BYU vs. No. 3 Marquette (CBS)

4:10 p.m. ET (tentative): No. 5 New Mexico vs. No. 12 Long Beach State (TBS)
