NCAA Tournament 2012, Michigan State Vs. LIU: Game Time, TV Schedule And More

The 2012 NCAA Tournament continues its second round on Friday. Michigan State and LIU-Brooklyn will face off in the evening in Columbus.

The 2012 NCAA Tournament continues its second round on Friday, with a plethora of games on the slate. The field continues to narrow as the Round of 64 enters its second day.

On Friday, the No. 1 seed in the West region Michigan St. Spartans will take on the No. 16 seed, the Long Island U. Blackbirds. LIU-Brooklyn will be hoping the slipper will fit and they can pull of the impossible feat of a No. 16 seed knocking off a No. 1 seed. They'll face a formidable opponent in the Spartans, who will have their sights set on the regional finals.

The game will take place in Columbus, immediately following the conclusion of the 6:50 p.m. game between the No. 8 Memphis Tigers and the No. 9 Saint Louis Billikens. Both of these games at Columbus will be televised nationally on TBS. The winners of these two games will meet one another in the third round.
