NCAA Tournament Scores: Alabama Leads Creighton 30-23 At Halftime

The No. 8 Creighton Bluejays and No. 9 Alabama Crimson Tide played a tight first half for about 16 minutes, but the Crimson Tide ended the half on a 10-0 run to take a 30-23 lead into the locker room. Freshman guard Trevor Lacey has played a flawless game thus far for Alabama, and leads the way with 12 points on 4-4 shooting, 3-3 from beyond the arc, four rebounds and one steal. Levi Randolph, Trevor Releford and JaMychal Green each added six points to the mix.

Missouri Valley Conference Player of the Year Doug McDermott scored seven points to lead the way for Creighton, but a rough shooting half for the team (34.6 percent accuracy) held them back. The winner of this game will take on the winner of the matchup between the No. 1 North Carolina Tar Heels and the No. 16 Vermont Catamounts.
