The first day of the Women's NCAA tournament is underway, with a full 16-game slate of action on Saturday. No.1 seeds Stanford and Connecticut are in action this afternoon, with No. 1 overall seed Baylor and Brittney Griner set to start their run to the Women's Final Four on Sunday.
