The Elite 8 kicks off on Saturday with Florida and Louisville in the West. Ohio State and Syracuse play the primetime game in the East regional final.
The West and East regions of the NCAA Tournament will have their winners decided on Saturday night in the first two Elite Eight matchups of the year. The Florida Gators and Louisville Cardinals pulled off upsets to get to the West regional final in Phoenix, while it's all chalk in the East. The No. 1 Syracuse Orange face off against the No. 2 Ohio State Buckeyes in Boston.
Of the four teams involved in Saturday's games, only Syracuse failed to win their Sweet 16 game in convincing fashion. While Florida, Louisville and Ohio State all won by 10 points or more, Syracuse defeated the Wisconsin Badgers -- who had a chance at a buzzer-beater for the win -- by just one point.
