2011 NCAA Tournament Final Four, Ohio State Vs. Kansas: Buckeyes Leap Out To 7-2 Lead

Stay connected with SB Nation

Kansas and Ohio State seem to be playing the undercard matchup in the 2012 Final Four. The Jayhawks have had the slow start that confirms that those who called it an undercard know what they are talking about; Ohio State, though, has taken a 7-2 lead at the first media timeout.

Jared Sullinger has two points for Ohio State, which responded to Kansas scoring first by reeling off a 7-0 run.

Thomas Robinson, Kansas's national player of the year candidate, has the Jayhawks' only bucket of the night. But he's failed to follow the jumper he made to open scoring with any other free throws.
