Printable NCAA Bracket 2012: Kentucky Beats Kansas To Fill The Last Empty Line

Stay connected with SB Nation

The 2012 NCAA Tournament started with 68 team and, as March Madness lived up to its name, upsets in the early rounds busted countless brackets across the country. Eventually four teams made the trip to New Orleans and, after a wild Saturday, only two were left standing for Monday's national championship game.

For all the mayhem early in the tournament, it eventually ended like many predicted from the beginning, with the Kentucky Wildcats -- the nation's No. 1 team for most of the season and selection committee's top overall seed -- filling the final empty spot in the bracket by defeating the Kansas Jayhawks, 67-59, for the eighth national championship in the school's storied history and the first of coach John Calipari's controversial career.

Relive the tournament by downloading the final update to our printable 2012 NCAA Bracket (PDF).
