The 2012 NFL Draft is just a month away and interest in top college players is reaching fever pitch among NFL teams and their fans. One of the most talked-about players in this year's extremely deep draft is former Alabama Crimson Tide running back Trent Richardson.
Richardson was unable to participate in on-field drills at the 2012 NFL Combine in Indianapolis due to a minor offseason knee surgery, but did participate in Alabama's second pro day on Thursday. He definitely impressed and is drawing further interest from at least three potential NFL suitors.
According to Mary Kay Cabot of the Plain Dealer, Richardson has set up private workouts with three of the teams who came to Thursday's Pro Day: the Cleveland Browns, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the St. Louis Rams. More private workouts with other teams may be forthcoming.
