The Indianapolis Colts aren't saying whether Stanford's Andrew Luck or Baylor's Robert Griffin III will be the No. 1 pick but most league observers feel confident in saying they'll pick Luck. That's helped by the fact that the Colts will work out Luck, but not Griffin III.
That workout, according to Mike Chappell of the Indianapolis Star, will take place Tuesday at Stanford. The Colts will be sending most of the big decision makers including GM Ryan Grigson, head coach Chuck Pagano, OC Bruce Arians, QB coach Clyde Christensen and VP Tom Telesco. Not attending the workout is owner Jim Irsay.
The Colts will also be able to bring Luck into Indianapolis for a visit but he can not work out while he's there. The Colts can only watch him work out at Stanford.
Despite some of the talk that the Colts are considering RGIII, the smart money continues to be on Luck. Things can change, but as of now there aren't any solid signs that the Colts are considering anyone other than Luck.
