Robert Griffin III, better known as RGIII, said he planned to keep the socks he was wearing to Thursday night's 2012 NFL draft a secret until, presumably, he was on stage. The former Baylor Bears quarterback said he had something special planned, and his socks deserved a big reveal. Of course, he happened to reveal it a bit early -- showing them off as he got out of the car and onto the red carpet outside Radio City Music Hall.

If you'll recall, socks are a big thing with RGIII. He's worn Barney socks and Superman socks, and boasts an impressive collection of all shapes and sizes of socks. And since this is the NFL draft, he was going to have to try and top everything.

So there you go. They say "Go Catch Your Dream" and are Redskins-themed.

We're assuming he'll do something on stage, as well.
