The Jacksonville Jaguars have found their target and they're trading up to get him. According to several reports on Twitter, the Jaguars have struck a deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers that will send the Bucs' fifth overall pick to the Jaguars for the seventh overall pick. The Jaguars also gave up a fourth round pick to make it happen.
The Jaguars are reportedly targeting Oklahoma State WR Justin Blackmon. ESPN reported early in the draft that the Jaguars were interested in trading up for Blackmon.
The Browns and Vikings have also made a trade, in addition to the Redskins and Rams trade last month. That's three trades in the first five picks of the draft.
