The 2012 NFL Draft is through the first round and there are plenty of good players remaining for the second and third rounds on Friday night. Among those players are a couple of quarterbacks -- Michigan State's Kirk Cousins and Arizona State's Brock Osweiler.
SB Nation's NFL draft blog, Mocking The Draft, has Osweiler ranked as the 62nd best prospect and Cousins as the 78th best prospect. Both players are candidates to be picked in the second or third round of the NFL draft.
Four quarterbacks went in the first round of the NFL Draft -- Andrew Luck (Colts), Robert Griffin III (Redskins), Ryan Tannehill (Dolphins) and Brandon Weeden (Browns).
Teams are desperate for good quarterbacks and they're willing to take a risk to find one. Because of that, I wouldn't be surprised to see both Osweiler and Cousins get picked in the second round of the draft.
