The St. Louis Rams, for the third time in the 2012 NFL Draft, have conducted a trade. The Rams traded the 45th overall pick to the Chicago Bears in exchange for the 50th overall pick. The Bears' target is South Carolina WR Alshon Jeffery.
The Rams are clearly putting a priority on adding more picks. They traded the second overall pick in the draft to the Washington Redskins for a second-round pick and two future first-round picks. They also picked up another second-round pick trading back with the Dallas Cowboys to the 14th pick.
The Rams selected DT Michael Brockers in the first round and WR Brian Quick in the second round.
