The Washington Redskins have worked through signing most of the draft picks from the 2012 NFL Draft and have another one under contract, according to a report -- fourth-round pick Kirk Cousins.
According to sources, the Redskins have signed 4th RD pick, QB Kirk Cousins to a 4-year contract worth $2.57 million.

Cousins was a peculiar pick by Washington, considering the team drafted quarterback Robert Griffin III with the second overall pick. Not only that, but Cousins was the very next pick the Redskins made in the draft, having traded their second and third-round picks in the deal for the second overall pick.
There was some concern that the two quarterback picks could cause some friction in the locker room, but it's clear Cousins' role initially is to be a back-up quarterback and learn the ropes.
