The St. Louis Rams will have all their rookies in training camp on Saturday after signing their last two draftees on Tuesday night. Third-round draft pick CB Trumaine Johnson signed a four-year contract with the team, making him the last of the team's 10 selections to initial a contract, reports Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. The team also signed second-round cornerback Janoris Jenkins.
Johnson played his college ball for the Montana Grizzlies and started all four years at cornerback for his team. At 6 feet 3 and 210 pounds, Johnson is certainly in the mold of the bigger cornerbacks the league has seen emerge of the last several years, but it is certainly possible he could transition to safety given his size.
Johnson was the second pick of the third round, No. 65 overall.
