The Minnesota Vikings stumbled to a 3-13 record last year. They will try to rebuild in the offseason in hopes of becoming a playoff contender once again, starting with the No. 3 pick in the 2012 NFL Draft. They will also have to deal with a list of 18 players from their squad set to hit some form of free agency prior to the kickoff of next season.
Highlighting the list of UFA's are several options in the passing game. Visanthe Shiancoe has been a pivotal part of the Vikings offense, but recorded a four-year low 36 receptions last season with rookie Christian Ponder under center. Greg Camarillo and Devin Aromshodu combined for just 35 catches last year, but their departure would leave the Vikings scrambling for other options to fill the void.
The Vikings will also try to find a way to hang on to starting linebackers E.J. Henderson and Erin Henderson, who combined for 179 total tackles last season. Here's the full list of impending Vikings free agents, courtesy of Mac's Football Blog.
