The Buffalo Bills started the season off on a hot streak, but fell apart in the middle of the season and ended up finishing the 2011 season with a 6-10 record. The team gave quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick a big contract extension last year, they were able to re-sign Steve Johnson and running back Fred Jackson will be returning from a broken leg, which should help the Bills bounce back in 2012.
When it comes to free agency, the Bills aren't going to lose a lot of players. Left tackle Demetrius Bell, middle linebacker Kirk Morrison top the list of free agents that could possibly be leaving Buffalo, which leaves the team in pretty good shape. The Bills have a decent amount of money to throw around so they can likely bring back most, if not all of their free agents as long as the price isn't too high.
As far as players that the Bills could benefit from bringing in, the team could use some help at wide receiver to take some pressure off of Steve Johnson. A player like Mario Manningham could help or even somebody like Braylon Edwards would be a decent signing. The Bills would benefit from signing more offensive linemen for depth and as well as more pass rushers.
