Defensive end Mark Anderson has signed a four-year deal with the Buffalo Bills, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, less than a week after the team signed Mario Williams to a massive contract. The Bills apparently were not messing around when they sought out to improve their anemic pass rush from last season. Anderson had 10 sacks last year with the New England Patriots.
The Bills finished 27th in the NFL in 2011 with 29 quarterback sacks. With Williams and Anderson, they should have a pair of pass rushers now that can rival any in the league. Anderson played in just 15 games over two seasons prior to joining the Pats, but recorded his highest sack total last year since recording 12 in his rookie season with the Chicago Bears. He and Williams have already been teammates before, playing together on the Houston Texans in 2010.
