Eight New York Giants are listed on the injury report about 10 days before their Super Bowl XLVI encounter with the New England Patriots on Feb. 5 in Indianapolis. While all of those players were held out of practice on Thursday, most of them are expected to be back as soon as Friday.
With the addition of Williams, 7 Giants didn't practice today. Expect most, if not all but Ahmad Bradshaw, to be out there tmrw. #nyg

Linebacker Jacquian Williams (foot), cornerback Corey Webster (hamstring), defensive end Osi Umenyiora (ankle/knee), wide receiver Hakeem Nicks (shoulder), Bradshaw (foot), cornerback Will Blackmon (knee), linebacker Chase Blackburn (calf) and center David Baas (abdomen) were all held out. Most of those are considered key players for the Giants, but this all appears to be mostly precautionary stuff as most of them seem to be nursing ailments rather than addressing serious concerns.
