Read More: Rob Gronkowski (TE - NEP), New England Patriots, New York Giants
The New England Patriots only have a couple of minor injury questions heading into the Super Bowl but one huge one, too -- Rob Gronkowski. The Patriots tight end suffered a high ankle sprain in the AFC Championship game and, while he's expected to play against the New York Giants in Super Bowl XLVI, he probably won't be 100 percent.
The latest Gronkowski update is that he didn't practice again on Monday, which means he hasn't practiced since the Friday before the AFC Championship game.
Gronkowski's dad broke the news of his son's specific injury -- high ankle sprain. That's one of those things that simply takes time to heal so you probably won't be seeing Gronkowski do much on the practice field this week. In fact, it's been reported that he may not practice all week.
