Feb 1, 2012 - For the fan bases of 30 of the NFL's 32 teams, the Super Bowl is not about the game itself. I mean it is, but it's really not. The Super Bowl is a reason to get together, do a little boozing and, perhaps most importantly, eat some really good food.
Whether it's a simple dip, appetizer or even chili, the food is the most important part of the Super Bowl for many people.
So, to feed your appetite for good recipes, we will be updating this StoryStream with the favorite recipes of SB Nation bloggers. You might remember the recipes we had last year, which you can check out here. (Note to self: Use any recipe described as a "Bacon-cheddar lifeboat of deliciousness".)
Other highlights from last year's recipes include: Boursin cheese and artichoke dip; Chilaquiles; Chili; Pizza dip and; Oven baked mini chicken burritos.
