Super Bowl 2012: Giants RB Ahmad Bradshaw Practices Again On Thursday

New York Giants running back Ahmad Bradshaw has been bothered by a foot injury throughout the season, but surprised his coaches when he was able to practice on a limited basis on Wednesday. Bradshaw returned to practice again on Thursday and gave the team a little scare when he fell to the turf after tripping over a teammate.

"It looked like he tripped over the fullback’s foot,’’ Giants head coach Tom Coughlin said according to a pool report filed by Sports Illustrated's Peter King. "But he’s fine.’’

King added that Bradshaw "hopped up and was able to continue" with the practice.

Earlier on Thursday, Bradshaw discussed why it was important for him, the team's leading rusher, to practice on Wednesday.

"Just to get my legs up under me," Bradshaw said during the team's media availability. "We’ve been staying in this hotel for the last couple of days, sitting on our butts in meetings and everything else, so I just wanted to get my feet up under me and get out there and have fun."
