Super Bowl 2012 Pregame Show: Lenny Kravitz, The Fray Perform At NBC Tailgate Party

Super Bowl XLVI is still several hours away, but the pregame coverage is already well underway on NBC. The network kicked off their full coverage of the event at noon ET on Super Bowl Sunday and their pregame show is packed full of guests and content.

The musical guests at the NFL Super Bowl XLVI Tailgate Party will be Lenny Kravitz and The Fray. Both of the acts are already tuned up and practiced in Miami and appear to be having a great time. The Fray has even accepted the challenge of a shrimp cocktail eating contest from fellow Indianapolis visitors OneRepublic.

Kravitz and the Fray have also taken the time to hobnob with some NFL notables. Kravitz got his photo taken with Peyton Manning, who is a regular mountain of a man:

The Fray snagged a picture with all-time great Joe Montana, who was representing his new team, the DirecTV Dishes.

Always nice to see rock stars geeking out like regular sports fans.
